Leader coaching is offered to school or district individual or teams on a bi-weekly, monthly basis, or quarterly basis. Sessions can occur in-person or virtually. Leadership coaching partnerships include 3-5 learning walks throughout the school year where leaders complete a landscape analysis and progress monitor instructional improvement goals. Coaching sessions are designed to build the knowledge, skills, and habits necessary to improve literacy and math teaching and learning.
